Tadora is used to treat erection problems and helps to increase blood flow to the penis and enhance the body’s ability to attain and sustain an erection during sexual stimulation.

The dosage of Tadora may vary from one user to another, depending on the doctor’s prescription. Do not break or split a Tadora tablets. The recommended initial dosage is 20 mg and it is usually taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. You should not take this dose more than once a day. Tadora can help achieve an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. An erection will not occur just by taking a pill and its effect lasts up to 36 hours.

We strongly recommend to consult your doctor or pharmacist before you start taking Tadora and especially emphasize if you are allergic to this drug or if you take other medicines to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. Please tell your doctor if you have any of these other conditions:angina (chest pain), a physical deformity of the penis such as Peyronie's disease; high or low blood pressure; heart disease or heart rhythm problems, coronary artery disease; a recent heart attack (within the past 90 days); a recent history (in the past 6 months) of a stroke; a liver or kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis); a stomach ulcer; a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia; a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia; retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye); or if you have been told you should not have sexual intercourse for health reasons.

Drinking alcohol while taking Tadora can cause dangerous and unwanted side effects. You have to avoid the usage of grapefruit products while taking Tadora. Please do not take any other medicines to treat impotence, such as alprostadil or yohimbine, without first talking to your doctor.

Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible are allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face or lips, tongue breathing problems,changes in hearing, chest pain, fast and irregular heartbeat. Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome) are back pain, dizziness, flushing, headache, indigestion, muscle aches, stuffy or runny nose. Please note that this list may not describe all possible side effects.

If you miss a dose you may take it when you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Be sure not to take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
